Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Items will be shipped after they are processed at the warehouse.

Processing times very, (1-3 days). Some items come from outside Canada and the USA. Delays may occur do to that country's observed holiday. 

Most of our items take between 10-15 days after processing and we will do our best to have delivered within that time period. We try to pick the quickest shipping method so you can have your item as soon as we can get it to you.

RETURNS

Products missing pieces or wrong item sent are refundable 100%.

Items such as swim suits, and lingerie are not returnable if worn. Contact us if you have questions or concerns and we will accommodate you the best we can. 

All products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days

Returns are15 days from date that customer receives the item. Returns are based on a case by case basis. Please send pictures of issue with product for us to get your refund or replacement item.

The money will be refunded to the original payment channel (PayPal or credit card)
