How to Track you Package

To serve you better, here is one way to check your order and track your package on our site.

From the home page, click on the top right center icon:

Enter the email address you used to purchase you product. It will take you to your order page. Select you order and you will see the tracking number.

 

Select the tracking number and it will take you to the tracking page.

Shipment information should also be displayed below the tracking number.

If you have the tracking number you can also enter it into the Chat app seen below:

Click on chat and enter the tracking number in the box.

 

If you still have an issue, please let us know and we will track the item for you.

Returns

Log into you account and select your order. There should be an option to fill out a return request. If not email us at sales-firstimpressions@outlook.com and we will be happy to help!
